Q: What are your business hours?
A: We do not have set business hours. As all of our artists are independent contractors, each artist keeps their own schedule and is available by appointment only.
Q: What is the best way to book an appointment?
A: The best way to book an appointment with us is to fill out a Tattoo Request Form - also linked on our CONTACT page!
Q: Do you tattoo clients under 18 years old?
A: Short answer - No. Long answer - Many places do not allow anyone under 18 to be tattooed even with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Even if you are in a place that does allow it, there is a lot of legal paperwork involved to verify that the adult accompanying the minor is in fact their parent/legal guardian. In many cases the repercussions are severe if the required criteria are not met, including massive fines and jail time for the artist and the shop.
Q: What are your rates?
A: Rates are determined by the artist - For a price quote, please fill out a Tattoo Request Form on our CONTACT page!
Q: Something has come up, I'm running late or need to reschedule my appointment?
A: Things come up and life happens! Please contact your artist straight away to reschedule your appointment.
Q: Do you take credit and or/cash payment on the day of the appointment:
A: All of our artists are independent contractors, so be sure to confirm with your artist the best form of payment. In a pinch, there is an ATM outside of the Dive Bar on the Ground floor.
Q: Do you accept tips?
A: Like a trip to the nail salon or barbershop, tips are never expected but always appreciated. If you’re happy with your experience, a tip and a positive Yelp or Google review is always lovely :)
Q: How do I care for my new tattoo?
A: Its actually very easy! The shop supplies artists with bandages and our standard healing instructions, which you can find in the AFTERCARE section of our website. Some artists do offer different healing options, for which they will give you specific instructions on how to care for your tattoo. If you have any questions, please contact your artist directly!
